Cancer drugs may fail due to too much pressure
Researchers from the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center (Seattle, WA, USA) have revealed that drug resistance in cancer may be partially due to high pressure in solid tumors, a state that could be overcome by treating tumors with an enzyme.
